1. Ordering

  1. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
  2. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order and does not constitute acceptance of the order.
  3. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation, we will promptly refund your payment.
  4. You accept by purchasing an item that is listed as “used” that the item will not be as new, unless otherwise stated, and have read and understand our gradings that are set out here on our ‘Gradings’ page. You also accept that you have read the additional comments on the condition of the item that may accompany it.

2. Payment

  1. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments must be made in the currency indicated on the checkout page.
  2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information when making a purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect payment information.

3. Shipping

  1. We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Please refer to our shipping policy for estimated delivery times and any shipping restrictions, UK deliveries usually take between 3-6 working days.
  2. Any shipping dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier or factors beyond our control.
  3. In the event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Anything that is marked as ‘Used’ on our website only qualifies for a refund if it does not meet the gradings as set out on the ‘Gradings’ page of our website or, should the grading be disputed, any issues with the product not have been declared on the product page. 
  3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return, the contact email for this is customers@rareasrecords.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
  4. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 28 business days.

5. Digital Products

  1. Some of our products may be offered as digital downloads. By purchasing digital products from us, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or resell the digital content without prior written consent from Rare As… Records.
  2. Digital products are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue with the file preventing its use. If you encounter any problems with your digital download, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. Rare As… Records makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the products sold on this website. All products are sold “as is.”
  2. We do not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
